Join our first ever Bone Strength Physio designed and guided class. A bootcamp for health, anti-aging and overall functional strength.

Class starts October 2025, Saturday mornings.

What you will learn in our bootcamp class

Learn Basic Mobility Flow (warmup inspired by Tai Chi)

Practice Practical Resistance & Strengthening Exercises

Dive into Primal Flow to test your mobility & stability limits and grow.

Class Structure – 45 minutes

1. Warm-Up (8–10 minutes)
2. Strength & Balance Training (25 minutes)
3. Functional Circuit (5–7 minutes)
4. Cool-Down & Breathing (3–5 minutes)

SAMPLE EXERCISES FOR YOU TO TRY:

WARM UP

• Arm Circles – 2 × 8 slow rotations each way Arm Circles Exercise

Strength & Balance

• Standing Hip Abduction (with band) – 2 × 12 reps each leg Standing Band Hip Abduction

Functional Circuit

• Bear Crawl – 2 × 5 meters Bear Crawl

Cool-Down & Breathing

• Seated Forward Stretch – Hold 20 sec × 2 Eliminate Low Back Pain with the Forward Fold Yoga Pose
