Sayali Kalekar MPT, Specialist in Musculoskeletal Sciences- Virtual Physiotherapist
Sayali completed her Masters of Physiotherapy, in 2016, under the visionary industrialist Ratan Tata’s scholarship program, in India. She has actively joined therapy programs, learning and developing skills to treat patients under all age groups. She has extensive experience with clients suffering through various musculoskeletal and neuro-musculoskeletal issues.
Dedicated to Best Practice Research
Her journey to become physiotherapist (or rather a person of science, as she calls herself) started when she saw her father suffering through disc prolapse when he was just 35 years “young”. He was in immense pain all day everyday and Sayali watched his recovery through therapeutic exercises provided to him by his orthopedic surgeon. That’s when her inquisitive and curious mind led her to know more about body mechanics. She became focused on learning exactly how to correct the faulty body mechanics, in the human body.
She has been working in Canada as a physiotherapist since 2022, treating patients with various musculoskeletal injuries, sports injuries and curating personalized treatment plans for post surgical rehab. She helps clients achieve their greatest capacity through knowledge, evidence-based practice and research. All of this is applied into every individual client program.
Her wisdom and expert insight into body movement is honed by her favourite pastimes. She is a trained Indian classical dancer and enjoys performing arts at every opportunity. As a big foodie, ask her for current fave dinner fixings! She loves to go for hikes and trekking and is always up for learning and experiencing something new.
She was one of the youngest Vice presidents and volunteers of International Lions Club in her town (in India) and raised funds for social activities such as raising awareness of physiotherapy rehabilitation in rural areas of Mumbai.
Her motto for life: Turn your wounds into wisdom- Oprah Winfrey

Cory Kimmell - Registered Massage Therapist RMT
Cory graduated from the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor of Science degree majoring in Kinesiology. During Covid, he furthered his education at the Ontario College of Health and Technology with a certificate in Massage Therapy. He most recently completed a Fascial Stretch Therapy course, and is now an FST Level 1 practitioner. Combining massage therapy skills and fascial stretch therapy offers him an extensive toolbox for all prehab and rehab support.
Recovery with Massage Therapy
Growing up, he played and competed in a variety of sports, such as basketball, volleyball, and track & field, which ultimately led to his fascination and curiosity with how the body functions and works together, as well as ways to manage and recover from various injuries. Cory is very passionate about helping others and works closely with all of his patients to create a treatment plan, not only within the clinic but for at home as well, which is uniquely tailored to each patient's specific needs and goals. He uses a variety of techniques such as effleurage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and now FST.
FST - Fascia Stretch Therapy
Athletic Support 101
Fascia Stretch Therapy, also known as FST, is a unique, pain-free assisted stretching technique that targets the fascia — the interconnected web of connective tissue that surrounds muscles, bones, and organs.
Unlike conventional stretching practices that isolate muscles, FST focuses on the entire fascial system and joint capsules, helping to release tension and create greater space within the joints. This holistic approach not only improves physical function but also promotes better sleep, reduces stress, and boosts overall well-being.

Pain Free with physical therapy training!
I really can't recommend Devon enough!!
He not only helped me get noticeably stronger in a relatively short amount of time, but was thoughtful and took the time to understand certain conditions and symptoms I have that where causing me chronic pain.
I'm happy to share that I'm now almost completely pain free, even though I'm working out harder then ever.
If I had to sum Devon up in 3 words it would be Knowledgeable, Genuine, and Encouraging.
Thank you so much Devon!!
Chantel L.
Work Injury Rehabilitation - Getting Mobility and Reducing Pain
"When I started Physiotherapy here with Sabrina after an accident at work I could barely move my shoulder, wrist or ankle and had so much pain. After 6 weeks of Physiotherapy I'm finally able to move and get back to some regular activities. I honestly never thought I'd ever get my movement back and it was frustrating.
Thank you so much Sabrina for going through the struggle with me and being patient the entire time. The team here is absolutely amazing Alex the manager is very approachable and friendly. Devon the head Physiotherapist is very dedicated to his patients and I had the pleasure to work with James for 2 weeks and he helped me a lot as well..
I highly recommend this clinic/gym to anyone, you will never find better customer service anywhere."
