Don’t just play sports this summer, excel with our summer conditioning program. We like to think we are strong and in shape. Then, someone says ‘touch your toes’ and our ego is shattered and reality pulls down on our outstretched arms, barely reaching our ankles!

That’s why we put together our Super-Sized Summer Physio Prehab Program. Train better in our Athletic Physio Program.

Come in until July 20th and enter to WIN our summer full prehab conditioning series.

All you have to do is TRY our mobility challenge to enter.

Everyone is eligible to enter.

  1. SPOT a Vive Fitness Trainer on the gym floor
    or go to the gym office during office hours (2-8PM)
  2. SAY: I want to enter the Summer Physio Conditioning Program Contest
  3. TRY your best to follow through with the 4 mobility challenges (see video below or watch on youtube here)
  4. ENTER in our Contest Form Online with your name, phone number and email

Our Summer mobility challenge exercises:

  1. EXERCISE 1 => PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR HEAD AND THEN BEHIND YOUR BACK
  2. EXERCISE 2 => TOUCH THE GROUND WITH YOUR HANDS, KEEPING YOUR FEET FLAT ON THE GROUND
  3. EXERCISE 3=> SIT ON THE GROUND. GET UP WITHOUT TOUCHING THE FLOOR WITH YOUR HANDS
  4. EXERCISE 4=> LIE FACE DOWN. PUT A STICK BEHIND YOUR BACK (LIKE A BROOM STICK). GET UP WITHOUT TOUCHING THE GROUND WITH YOUR HANDS.
